Turnarounds / Change Management

On a number of assignments we have successfully completed a number of financial turnarounds, each one had its own unique requirements. In addition to the numbers the implementation of a strategic changes were also required;

• · One situation needed its existing operation to continue to grow, develop with its current management team
  
• · The other situation required a radical downsizing exercise, with work force reductions and branch / factory closures.
